This workshop explores how as professionals we need to understand self care and how to self repair when necessary.

 

Self-care is like giving yourself a little gift every day—a moment to recharge, refresh, and replenish. It's about intentionally taking time for activities that nurture your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Whether it's a bubble bath, a good book, a walk in nature, or simply some quiet moments, self-care is all about recognising your needs and taking deliberate steps to meet them. It's not just a luxury; it's a crucial part of maintaining balance and resilience in the midst of life's demands.

Self-repair refers to the process of addressing and healing one's own physical, emotional, or psychological wounds. It involves recognising areas of imbalance or damage and actively taking steps to restore well-being. This could manifest in various ways, such as seeking therapy for emotional healing, adopting healthier habits for physical well-being, or engaging in activities that promote personal growth.

 

Self-repair is a proactive and intentional approach to addressing issues and fostering resilience. It's acknowledging that healing is a continuous journey, and actively participating in that journey to promote self-improvement and overall wellness. How do you approach self-repair in your life?
