In this workshop, we delve into the intricate realm of unconscious bias—an inherent mechanism shaping our judgments and decisions based on prior experiences, deep-seated thought patterns, assumptions, and interpretations, often without our conscious awareness.

Our workshop endeavours to illuminate the innate predisposition we possess to gravitate towards individuals who mirror our surroundings, absorbing lessons from them. As we traverse through the stages of development, our attitudes take form under the influence of both implicit and explicit cultural values—embedded in everyday conversations and narratives.
