Our team consists of extensively qualified Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal professional Assessors & facilitators with training in various family-related fields, and they all demonstrate strong cultural competence to ensure that we respect and take into account the diverse cultural backgrounds of the families we work with.

Spirit Dreaming provides accredited FGC Facilitator training which is recognised by NSW Dept of Communities & Justice. 

Spirit Dreaming have also trained over 400 FGC facilitators over the past 4 years, and was proud to partner with WA Dept Child Protection to design and deliver their Aboriginal Family Lead Decision Making (AFLDM) pilot program.
